Team
Brian Roelofs, CIC – President
Brian has been assisting clients as a licensed insurance agent since 2000. Working towards and earning his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2014. After beginning his career with a large insurance company and independent agency, he fulfilled a lifelong goal in 2014 when he opened the Roelofs Insurance Agency. Being independent allows him the ability to shop and be “Your Agent” with a very large selection of today’s leading insurance companies (see our listing of carriers). He and his staff are very passionate about finding the right company to fit the needs of each individual client. “I love the freedom we have to help our clients pick the right company that is the best fit for them at this time. If their needs change down the road requiring a different company, we guide them through that transition all the while retaining our relationship as their Agent.”
When not assisting his clients, Brian enjoys spending his free time with his wife Tina and his two sons. His hobbies are golfing with friends, Minnesota professional sports teams, Mahtomedi athletics and traveling with friends and family.
Erin Oakland – Account Manager
Erin moved to Minneapolis in January of 2015 and joined the Roelofs team in May of 2018. She has provided customer service in the insurance industry since 2013. Her goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every client by going above and beyond the norm. “I love helping people and want each customer happy at the end of the day. It’s important they are taken care of and left completely fulfilled with the outcome of our service.” Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, watching the Minnesota sports teams, and being out on the lake.
